Morrell Harvey Larson – (1920-1944) – US Army veteran that died in Dilligen, Germany (16 Dec 1944) during World War II and is buried in Ardennes American Cemetery in France. PFC Morrell Larson was the son of Ludvig and Caroline Larson growing up in the Clearbrook and Leonard, MN area. He had been a resident of Bemidji, MN at the beginning of WW II. Silver Star, Bronze Star, and Purple Heart w/Oak Leaf Cluster medal recipient.
