Austin Sandland was born on March 4, 1995 in Georgia to Eric and Carol Sandland. He grew up in Washington state and graduated high school in 2013. 

Austin entered the Army on April 19, 2014 and was sent to Fort Jackson, South Carolina for basic training. He received additional training in motor transport in Yakima, Washington. Austin received an honorable discharge on April 20, 2020. He presently lives in Washington state.
