Harold M. Edeen was born January 9, 1905 to Carl and Marie Edeen in Granite Falls, Minnesota. Harold had five siblings: Oscar, Melvin, Elmer, Ruby (Strandlie) and Olga (Johnson.) 

Carl and Marie moved to Eddy Township in Clearwater County in 1912 and later moved into Clearbrook. Harold was a member of the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church and the American Legion Post 256 of Clearbrook.

Harold served in the U.S. Army in WWII. He died March 29, 1975 and is buried in Silver Creek Cemetery near Clearbrook.
