Leroy Francis Ysen – (1931-2009) – US ARMY veteran (1953-1955) who served during the Korean War and is buried at the Clearwater Luthern Cemetery, Shevlin, MN. PFC Leroy Ysen was the son of Bennie and Thea Ysen and married Chung Ja “June” (Yoo) Ysen in Korea in 1956. He lived on the farm south of Shevlin, MN for most of his life.
