Robert A. Fox was born January 23, 1966 in Bagley to Richard and Lorraine Fox. He grew up in the Roy Lake area and attended Bagley Elementary School. He graduated from Bagley High School in 1984.

Robert enlisted in the Air Force on July 17, 1985 and was sent to Lackland Air Force Base in Texas for basic training and to Sheppard Air Force Base in Texas for training as a POL Specialist (petroleum, oil, lubricants.) Following training Robert was stationed at Grand Forks AFB, Osan AB, Korea, Sembach Air Base and Ramstein AB in Germany and Elmendorf Air Force Base in Anchorage, Alaska. He was attached to the 611th Air Force in Alaska. Robert received an honorable discharge on July 31, 2005. 

Robert presently lives in San Antonio, Texas.
