Stanley Dukek was born February 20, 1921 in Mentor, Minnesota to John and Cora MacAdams Dukek.

He served in the Army in WWII.

Stanley died on July 2, 1964 and is buried in Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery in San Diego, California.
