Ride for the Stones

      8th ANNUAL CLEARWATER   COUNTY VETERANS MEMORIAL                           RIDE

                    Saturday September 4, 2021

                                       LABOR DAY WEEKEND

               Rev up your motorcycle to raise funds to purchase veteran stones honoring Veterans.  

      Ride for the Stones was the idea started by U S Navy veteran Jeff Schermerhorn in 2014, to help           purchase veteran stones at the Clearwater County Veterans Memorial. It is an annual motorcycle                                           ride on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend in September.

The stones purchased by the proceeds of the ride are chosen by the CCVM board of directors and are       randomly selected from a the lists of the deceased veterans that are read each Memorial Day at                                                 Bagley, Rice Lake, Gonvick and Clearbrook, MN.

     Bikes depart at Noon form The American Legion Post 16, in Bagley, MN.  Register at 11 a. m. and                                                                     enjoy coffee, rolls and juice. 

                           All registered riders and passengers receive a RIDE FOR STONES T-shirt.

 A minimum of two stops will be included in the ride, and the riders will return to the Bagley Legion at           approximately 4 p. m., where a meal of pulled pork and the fixin’s will be served to the riders                                                                                        and the public.
