Application to Purchase a Veteran's Commemorative Paver Stone
A Paver Stone can be purchased for any veteran, living or dead, that served in the military. The Paver Stone will be cut from actual stone and will be engraved with the veteran’s name and branch of service. These Paver Stones will be placed adjacent to walkways at the Veterans Memorial. You can fill out the form below to send in your application via email or click on the link below to download a pdf version to mail in.
